On Tverskaya-Yamskaya opened a wine bar "13 °"

On Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, a 13 ° wine bar opened. About this Life around said the owner of the institution Alexander Kostin.

According to Kostin, “13 °” is a “wine bar in the area” with a full kitchen and a small menu that will be periodically updated with seasonal dishes.

The owner of the establishment did not previously have a relationship with professional cuisine. However, in 2015, Kostin completed a basic and advanced pastry course at Ragout, so he will deal with desserts at the institution himself.

Ekaterina Plotnikova, the chef and managing partner of the gastropub Moments, is responsible for the development of the menu. Yaroslav Balen, who previously worked at Jamie's Italian and Twins restaurants, is involved in the kitchen here.

Since the bar wants to constantly replenish the wine collection, the wine list is missing here - all the wine is displayed in the hall. The sommelier Elena Maximova, who previously worked in the Searchlight and Café de Arts, selects wine. Now at 13 ° there are about 70 kinds of wine, and soon there will be no less than 150.

In addition to classics from France and Italy, wines from Portugal, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Austria, Georgia and Russia are presented in the bar. For example, you can find a bottle of Friulian pinot grigio for 900 rubles, Chilean Bordeaux cabernet sauvignon from Aquitania for 2,500 rubles, or biodynamic champagne from Serge Mathieu for 5,900 rubles. You can also order wine by the glass - every day they offer a different assortment, which depends on the wishes of the guests and the weather outside the window that day. The price for a glass of wine varies from 180 to 600 rubles.

For a snack, the bar offers a mix salad with mozzarella and tangerines (350 rubles), a tomato salad with green mascarpone (350 rubles), veal tartare (420 rubles). Of the hot dishes, you can order a lamb with tomato salsa and tahini (600 rubles), mussels in a creamy sauce (630 rubles), dorada baked with lemongrass (350 rubles), tomato soup with seafood (340 rubles) and onion soup (300 rubles) . Of the desserts, so far there is only passion fruit cream and chocolate fondant (300 rubles).
